• 1.2 Vehicle Condition: Every car sold has passed a comprehensive inspection, comes with a 12-month MOT, and has received a full service prior to sale. The condition of each vehicle, including any known defects or repairs, is fully disclosed to the buyer.

2. Warranty

• 2.1 Six-Month Labour-Free Warranty: Small Cars R Us offers a 6-month labour-free warranty on all vehicles, covering major mechanical faults. This warranty does not affect the buyer's rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• 2.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover wear and tear items, routine maintenance, or damage resulting from accident, misuse, or neglect.

• 2.3 Warranty Claims: To make a claim under the warranty, buyers must provide proof of purchase and report the fault within the warranty period.

3. Payment and Finance

• 3.1 Payment Terms: Payment in full is required upon purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Returns, Buy-Back, and Part-Exchange

• 4.1 Buy-Back and Part-Exchange: Small Cars R Us offers a buy-back or part-exchange service for any car purchased from us, subject to our buy-back and part-exchange policy at the time of the request.

• 4.2 Conditions: The terms of buy-back or part-exchange, including valuation, will depend on the vehicle's condition, market value, and mileage at the time of the request.

5. Legal and Compliance

• 5.1 Registration and Documentation: The buyer is responsible for vehicle registration and ensuring that the vehicle complies with all UK road laws and regulations.

6. Dispute Resolution

• 6.1 Complaints and Disputes: In the event of a complaint or dispute, Small Cars R Us will endeavour to resolve the issue directly with the buyer in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

• 6.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the buyer has the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution through an approved body.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• 7.1 Right to Amend: Small Cars R Us reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the buyer.
